Task
Your task is to research a certain language and predict the future of this language by addressing the question:
Through studying the past experiences of language development, do you think the language you have selected will survive in a future globalised environment?
You will need to do the following steps in order to finish the task:
- Explore some background information about the language you have selected.
- Research and answer all the questions listed in the process page.
- Discuss your findings with classmates by creating a 5-6 minute presentation (you may use powerpoint, make a poster, create a photostory etc.).
- After the presentations, write a reflective report in groups of 3-4 students using Wikispaces.
